The video was painstakingly put together by hotshot superbot Sverre Fredriksen who soldered ten tons (or thereabouts) of timber to create the images, and stop motion to animate them – averaging five hours of work per second shown.

This short film was shot on two early mornings in Abu Dhabi by Filipino artist Mungkey. We really like the way it shows an honest street level image of the capital, staying away from pomp and glamour so common in representations of places like Dubai. Great work.
